Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely!  Ordering Gift Certificates online is safe and secure using PayPal. You can safely use credit or debit cards or your PayPal account.

YES! The Gift Certificate is directly from the restaurant.  It is the restaurant's gift certificate, not ours.  In fact, if you order a gift certificate from the restaurant's web site, you will get the same gift certificate as if you ordered it from our website.  The only difference is that sometimes we offer specials on our web site that may (or may not) be different from the restaurant web site.

We send Gift Certificates out via the post office, typically within one to two business day.  Depending on where the gift certificate is going, it usually arrives within five business days, though the speed of the postal service is beyond our control. (Gift Certificates can arrive as soon as three business days and almost never more than seven business days.

In general, there are no limitations on the Gift Certificates, with the following exceptions. They cannot be redeemed for cash. The value of the certificate covers food and drink, but cannot generally be used to cover tax or gratuity.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Think of them like cash...if you misplace that $20 bill, no one will just give you another one.
