Greetings loyal friends of Luigi's!

Luigi's will be CLOSED Sunday, July 4th.

Summer is finally, really here! We've had some beautiful, sunny, warm days that we could actually enjoy, with varying amounts of wind! Oh well, you can't have everything! We're loving the warm days and nights regardless!

Someone said, " It's too hot for Italian food!" NO! WAY! Luigi's has many lighter options perfect for hot summer nights. The Garlic Tomato Special Pizza is so delicious it's addictive; garlic-butter crust, fresh marinated tomatoes, mozzarella and feta cheeses...fabulous! If pasta is your thing, our Shrimp Scampi Sunday Special fits the bill; shrimp sauteed in garlic, butter & chardonnay, tossed with spaghetti. Every night you can create your own pasta dish with any of our vegetables, grilled chicken, feta cheese, garlic & olive oil; if we have it, we'll make it for you! Luigi's makes our own Caesar dressing, perfect for a Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad, even homemade croutons! We have summer appetizers as well, a Caprese salad (fresh tomatoes, mozzarella and basil with a balsamic vinaigrette), and Proscuitto & Melon, an Italian classic!

If that's not enough, remember, July Birthdays and Anniversaries receive a complimentary dessert after dinner! Anna is having a big birthday in July; she turns 80! I know I'm not supposed to say her age, but she looks so darn fabulous that I think she should be proud! To be fair, I just turned 50. I'm hoping I'll win the genetic lottery as well!

Remember, you can always call ahead and put your name on the wait list up to 1 hour before your arrival. THIS IS NOT A RESERVATION, but it does get your name on the wait list.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Sunday, we take reservations for larger parties (10 - 22 people ) during our off-peak hours. Dinner clubs, church groups, sports teams, wedding rehearsals, birthdays and business groups have taken advantage of this option. Call Gina at (719) 632-7339.

Luigi's is perfect for a pre-show dinner! Close to the Pike's Peak Center, the Fine Arts Center, and just a quick trip to the World Arena, Luigi's will start your evening with a delicious Italian meal. Please call ahead.

Everything on our menu is available for carry out, ready in 20-25 minutes. Call in your order, or come in and have a glass of wine while you wait. You can even take a bottle of wine home with you if we open it and re-cork! Luigi's has party casseroles of everything we make. Call ahead to order yours; pick it up hot or cold. Ask for a party menu.

What makes Luigi's special to you? At Luigi's you can customize your salad, your pizza, your pasta! If we can do it, we will do it! Some items can't be modified, but the majority can be tailored to your specifications! If value is your primary concern, Luigi's is the place for you! We have nightly specials at a discount off regular menu price. These are complete meals with a house salad or our fabulous minestrone soup.

The Wednesday Family Pasta for 4 special at $32.00 is a $20.00 savings off regular menu price! This is 4 adult portions of pasta (choose spaghetti, fettuccini, or rigatoni), this feeds more if you have children or seniors. It includes salad or soup, Italian bread, and 4 fountain sodas or tea. $32.00 plus tax & tip!! The Family Pasta for 4 Special is available every night for carryout, minus the drinks, for $30.00 plus tax. This is perfect for busy families who don't have time to prepare dinner, but still want something healthy and wholesome to eat.

In the past few weeks, we have had many new faces dining at Luigi's, thanks to personal recommendations from our loyal customers. Thank you! These referrals are more valuable than any ad we could run, and help insure our survival in a very competitive market. We've seen many old customers visiting the Springs return after long absences.
