Native New Englanders, Franco Pisani and Ted Sexton founded this Italian eatery located in historical Old Colorado City. Paravicini's Italian Bistro offers hearty Italian favorites along with Chef Franco Pisani's creative specialties. The restaurant is located in a historical building erected in 1895. The name Paravicini translates to "for the neighborhood" and we have captured the neighborhood feel of an Italian eatery located in any of this countries Little Italy's.
