                 Driving Range and Putting Green Open
8:30 AM     Shotgun Start
1:00 PM     Lunch
                 Presentation of Awards and Prizes

$150 per player or $560 for a foursome (if paid by May 31)
Registration required by May 1 to guarantee shirt sizes
