It's true: you're very likely to see any of us (owner/operators) in the restaurant at any time. It's this hands-on attitude plus you (our great customers) that have made Union what it is today.
Our goal has always been to provide our friends and neighbors in Castle Rock with a cozy, upbeat venue where you can share a great meal, fantastic company and equally-good conversation.
We've spent our lives in the restaurant industry. It's truly a priviledge to share this experience with you.

From both the North (Denver area) and the South (Colorado Springs area) exit I-25 at Plum Creek Parkway in Castle Rock (exit 181), then take your first left onto Wilcox Street. You'll find Union about a block-and-a-half on your left.
